I look forward to supporting you with devotional practices that rejuvenate the body and heal the soul.

My touch sessions nurture deep relaxation and pleasure in the body as you receive footbathing before bodywork, in long, nourishing massage strokes.

I provide safe space where emotions and tensions can flow, where your nervous system can co-regulate and reset.

My training is in deep tissue massage, experiential and creative arts therapies (MIECAT), dance, yoga and women’s blood mysteries with Sofiah Thom at Temple Body Arts.

And my passion, as mother of two, is supporting busy people to carve out time for generative rest - always within the greater rhythms of nature that hold and rock us into wholeness.
